He is 2 (dob 12/05/2023) a cocker spaniel x boxer.
Thor is an energetic and friendly dog, he gets on with other dogs, cats and older children. He likes to jump up so younger children may be a no go, although I have a 4 year old he does get along with.
Thor requires daily walks and lots of fuss and attention, he is currently taking calming tablets to help with separation anxiety when I’m at work. He has 400g of wet food and 2 cups of biscuits split up through the day.
It is with a heavy heart and lots of consideration that he needs to go to a more suitable home, with my work hours and being the only adult in the house it has become quite overwhelming taking care of him and his needs. He will be best suited with someone working from home or part time.
He knows the following basic commands, sit, lay, wait, under (goes through my legs), spin, bed and we’re currently working on heel. He is sometimes ok off leash but only with minimal distractions - this is something we’re also currently working on.
He is toilet trained but will occasionally have accidents in the home.
Thor is crate trained but we don’t often use it unless we’re eating. He free roams the home.
Thor is up to date with vaccines, has a microchip and was last flead and wormed on 05/08/2025. His next vaccination is due August 2026.
He will be bathed, flead and wormed before going to his forever home.
