We are currently fostering this gorgeous 8 month old boy, we were told that he is a Bulldog x Manchester Terrier but our vets have advised that his microchip says Staffy, he’s not currently neutered due to his age but arrangements can be made with owner who has agreed to pay for that when he is 1 year old plus his vaccinations. We have an XL cage which can go with him, he would benefit from a home with no smaller dogs or children, he’s has no malice in him at all, he’s just a very strong, boisterous, playful puppy who doesn’t realise his strength. We have been training him and he responds well to consistency and treats but we have a small dog and a 2 year old Granddaughter who visits every few days and we are finding that he has to be in the cage too much due to his size and bouncing and he has accidentally hurt our small dog. The owner is unable to take him back as circumstances have changed so much, our home is very much a temporary one, we only expected to house him for 2 weeks. It’s a sad situation which is entirely not his fault (or ours)
He will with patience and consistency make a beautiful family dog, he’s stunning to look at, he just needs a home with no distractions (we also have 5 cats). He is happy in the cage and fully relaxes when in there, he eats dry food and is housetrained, he just needs his forever home
