Description
Spooky is in search of his forever home through no fault of his own. Here's a bit about his journey: we discovered him as a stray when he was around four months old, wandering into my mother in law's garden. Despite our efforts to find his mother and possible siblings, we were unable to locate them. After a visit to the vet we confirmed he wasn’t microchipped, so we decided to welcome him into our family.
Spooky has brought immense joy into our lives with his charming personality and playful nature, stealing our hearts from day one. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, my wife has to go back to her come country for personal reasons and I am out of the house for 12 hours a day, sometimes even more. This situation means that Spooky cannot be left alone for such extended periods as we worry he wouldn’t receive enough playtime and companionship, which could lead to unhappiness.
We are seeking a loving home for Spooky, ideally with someone who can dedicate time to play with him daily and provide access to a garden. While we've kept him indoors since we live in a flat, he has always shown an eagerness to explore the outdoors, which we believe would greatly benefit him.
Spooky is health-checked, vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, with all records available. He enjoys both wet and dry food and has never had litter box issues. He typically spends most of the day sleeping but has playful bursts in the morning and late afternoon, enjoying activities like chasing feathers on a string.
He will come with all his toys, bed and blanket, food bowls, a hooded litter tray, a pet carrier, and his food and litter. Additionally, he has a pet stroller for outdoor walks and has been leash trained, although we haven’t used a leash recently as he outgrew his old one.
Spooky is also friendly with other animals, including both cats and dogs, and often sits by the kitchen window, happily calling out to other cats without any signs of territorial behavior.
Please reach out only if you are genuinely interested in providing Spooky with a loving, forever home. Parting with him is incredibly difficult for us, and we want to ensure he finds a caring environment where he will be cherished and cared for. Your commitment means the world to us, and we hope to have peace of mind knowing he is well loved and looked after.
