The Livarium – Crested Gecko Adoption Terms & Conditions
By adopting a Crested Gecko from The Livarium, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a Crested Gecko. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of illness, injury, or death of the gecko while in the care of The Livarium.
2. Payment & Collection/Delivery
The remaining balance must be paid prior to collection or dispatch.
******************s are arranged by the buyer, though guidance and assistance may be provided by The Livarium. Only Ridgeway ****************** is accepted for transportation of the gecko. No refunds, exchanges, swaps or returns.
3. Health Guarantee
A 24-hour health guarantee is provided from the point of collection or receipt. Any health concerns must be reported immediately with supporting evidence. All geckos are sold as seen. The geckos have been cared for and professionally looked after by myself. Geckos which are 15grams and under are sold as unsexed. Morph/colours are estimated but can be defined by 10grams. All geckos are health checked before leaving myself so I know no issues are there before leaving to go to their forever homes.
4. Setup Requirement
The buyer must have a suitable enclosure and setup ready for the gecko prior to adoption. A setup check or discussion may be required to ensure the gecko’s welfare.
5. Lifetime Support
The Livarium offers lifetime care and support for all adopted geckos. Advice and guidance regarding husbandry, health, and wellbeing will always be available.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer agrees to provide a safe, healthy, and appropriate environment for the gecko. Any neglect, mistreatment, or unsuitable conditions may be reported and could result in the gecko being reclaimed for its welfare.
7. General
The Livarium reserves the right to refuse adoption to anyone deemed unsuitable or unable to provide proper care.
By placing a deposit and proceeding with adoption, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
