Piper is 7 months old and I am looking to rehome her. I bought her to enrich our family but sadly my autistic son is really struggling with her.
She’s a lovable lap dog and absolutely loves lying asleep in your lap or arms. She also sleeps in bed with me and my son with no issues.
She is mostly potty trained, just the odd accident during the night but uses her puppy pad.
I have two cats so can be rehomed with other pets as they get along fine.
She’s very friendly but very excitable. She does jump at guests and has an excited wee, we are trying different techniques to eliminate this but she’ll probably grow out of it.
She’s super friendly with other dogs but again a bit excitable. She’d really benefit from a household with other dogs who can teach her some social manners.
She does get over excited when taken out for a walk. She needs patience and someone who is experienced with terrier breeds. Because of the issues my son is having with her I’ve not been able to take her out or train her as much as she needs. This is through no fault of her own.
She knows basic commands and is really smart. She has so much potential for the right person.
