DescriptionButtons is 10 months old and is growing into such a lovely dog! He has lived in a home, but sadly wasn't accepted by the resident dog and so is looking for another chance at happy-ever-after.
Buttons is looking for a family who'll enjoy being a part of his puppyhood and who will enjoy continuing his training and education about how to live in the human world. He has experience of living with other dogs, and really needs to have a doggy friend in the household (who will need to be tolerant of his puppy-ish behaviour.)
In the home, Buttons is house-trained and knows how to settle at night-time. He's fed separately at meal times because food is his favourite thing and he will wolf his own food down with the hopes he can eat some of his canine friend's food too!
The calories are well used on playtimes and walks. He walks ok on the lead, but might tug a bit at times. He's just a baby really, and still needs to learn. He is getting better, and he'll continue progress with your guidance.
Buttons is a bit vocal around mealtimes because eating is super exciting, y'all! However, his enthusiasm for food also means that he learns quickly when a treat is on offer. He will sit or offer a paw for a tasty treat!
When this little love-bug wants some loving he isn't afraid to ask. He's always happy to see you when you come home, and gives the biggest cuddle. He can be left alone in the house if he has a doggy friend with him - he's not keen to see you go, but draws comfort from his canine buddy.
Can you offer Buttons his happy forever after? He can live with older children, as we think he may be a bit too big, lively and strong for smaller children.
