Meet Stacy — our affectionate, ball-chasing best girl who has brought us so much joy since we welcomed her at around 1 year old. She’s a gentle soul with a playful streak, happiest when trotting after her favourite ball and curling up for cuddles afterwards. If you’re after a loving companion with a calm routine who fits beautifully around work and family life, Stacy could be the one.
We recently have had a second daughter and finding the time we could spend with Stacy is unfairly reduced to a level she deserves. It is a tough decision we will have to make so she have the attention she deserves.
Personality & Routine
House-trained and settled in the home; very clean and polite.
Playful and affectionate — a real “kisser” who loves a fuss and will greet you with a happy wiggle.
Calm lifestyle: She’s not a fan of fast, noisy things (e.g., motorcycles), so a quieter home and gentle introductions suit her best.
Easy daily rhythm: We walk her 7–8am and 5–6pm. Between walks she’s content to sleep and relax at home — ideal for working households who can give her quality time at the start and end of the day.
Training & Behaviour
Walks nicely in a routine she knows.
Loves a ball-chase game — great for short, fun play sessions.
Enjoys company and cuddles; responds well to a calm, reassuring approach.
Health & Insurance (Full Transparency)
As a youngster she had a right front-leg fracture which was repaired with a surgical plate. It’s barely noticeable day-to-day and doesn’t affect her happy life at all.
She also had a left pelvis injury that is now fully healed.
Our current insurance covers the pelvis condition (it occurred during the policy) but not the front-leg injury (pre-existing before we owned her). A new owner should check policy transfer or set up their own cover accordingly.
We are registered with Alder Vet with their health plan and follow regular checks and vaccination. I confirm Stacy is in perfect healthy condition.
The Home We’re Looking For
A loving, stable home that appreciates a gentle, affectionate dog with a simple routine.
Someone happy to keep to two daily walks and a bit of ball play.
A calmer environment (noisy, fast-moving settings can worry her).
What She’ll Come With

Food she’s used to and notes on her routine.
Vet and insurance details for continuity.
