Description

We are looking for a new loving home for our beautiful boy Reggie. He is a 2 year old pedigree Staffordshire Bull Terrier, he has all of his papers & is KC Registered , Microchipped, fully vaccinated/ up to date, flea and wormed regularly. We have had Reggie from 10 weeks old and he is an absolute angel. He is fully house trained and amazing around people , kids and other dogs (he was bitten by a male dog so can be weary around males/ we would be open to him being rehome with a spayed female) . Due to his breed and nature he has a very excitable personality and is very giddy overall, he’s a bundle of happy joy , we manage this well and he is a good boy when he needs to listen but feel it is important to know as it can be quite chaotic sometimes. Ideally his new owners will have experience with the breed. He requires plenty of exercise and stimulation. He sleeps in our room with us , and tends to snuggle up in bed , so his new home would require this to be available to him as that’s all he’s ever really known. He is crate trained but only when someone is present / he is not comfortable being left inside a crate alone completely. Reggie has found it difficult overall to settle when left alone. We can do roughly 4 hours at a time and he can cope with this, however it is something that needs to be continued working with and he can be abit up and down with it and overall is quite anxious , we are looking for someone to have him that wouldn’t necessarily need to leave him too often e.g can take him to work, works from home or doesn’t work, unfortunately we both work full time and cannot provide him with this as it is starting to be really unfair on him and due to a new job opportunity that I have been given it is making it virtually impossible to accommodate his needs and it’s selfish for us to not acknowledge this. Will discuss further on message. This is a very very difficult decision for us and is breaking our hearts so we will be ensuring he goes to a 5 star home/ home checks and plenty of visits beforehand to get Reggie familiar. The price is to ensure he goes to the right person and we will be open to negotiating this.
