Here we have our pet dog Marty he is nearly 2 looking for a loving home unfortunately he doesn’t like other dogs at all this I think was him being attacked by another dog last year and my daughter can’t cope with him unfortunately being like that and being on her own as single parent now. He has not been castrated, he has fantastic temperament with children and adults extremely loving very playful lovely character apart from seeing another dog sadly due to this my daughter can’t take him for walks and he’s just kept indoors which is not fair on him please no time wasters and only genuine enquiries many thanks

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
