Quacker parrot about 8 months old. Think he is a boy but unsure. He has been with us since June. He can now step up, and step from hand to hand when asked. He has said his first word which is tickle. He loves head scritches and enjoys playing peak a boo. He has been doing target training with a clicker. Reason for rehoming is our dog wants to eat him and this behaviour is getting worse no better. It’s dangerous for him, also means he is getting much less out of cage time as we have to keep them separate. A experienced new owner would be good for him or someone who has done plenty of research into them, I imagine it will take him a while to settled into a new environment and bond with a new person. Comes with his cage, food, treats many toys. A larger training perch, a play stand, and a backpack style carrier.
