Description

Hi I’m scrappy doo! This is such a hard decision for us to have look at rehoming our scrappy! Scrappy is a 10 month old lurcher, he is a big lad but is such a dope! He is very playful but also loves his cuddles. Scrappy is fully vaccinated, has monthly flea and worm treatment from the vets, and has recently had a health check. Scrappy is over all a really great dog. I want to be as transparent to everyone as he needs the attention and love he needs, scrappy cannot be re homed with cats. Scrappy has recently attacked cats which has not ended well and them unfortunately dying. Now please don’t think this is bad behaviour from scrappy as it isn’t, it is his breed and realistically what he is breed to do, and his prey drive is something I am not at all educated in. Scrappy needs to be somewhere away from cats, and unfortunately I live in an area surrounded by them and it is not fair on the cats around the area and also everyone being so scared of scrappy when he is doing what he thinks is right! This is the only reason we are looking for rehome scrappy. We do have another older lurcher, so scrappy is great with other dogs, and is ok of the lead approaching other dogs and playing ect, his recall could be better but if you have treats you have no issues and he is a little piggy and will always come for food! We have two young children so scrappy is also great with children. Scrappy is not neutered, but we have been advised this would not stop his behaviour regarding cats and other prey driving animals Any questions regarding scrappy I am happy to answer. I am also in no hurry to rehome him as I want him going to a good home so please don’t take offence if I ask question as I want what is best for him.
