Description
A friend of mine has a dog that she needs to rehome and I'm really hoping that you guys will be kind and help me find Rex a loving home.
I'm of course very mindful of who will take Rex, and will very much vet anyone who is interested and check that he will be treated correctly.
Please note we have been in touch with all of the local sanctuarys including Faith, all of whom have said they can't help at this time.
Rex is a 4-year-old bundle of love with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He's incredibly sweet, affectionate, and empathetic -- a true couch companion who adores snuggling up and spending time with his favourite humans. Rex lives for lazy days and the occasional cheeseburger treat (his guilty pleasure!).
At home, he's calm, loyal, and full of love. It's his safe place, and he thrives in a peaceful, predictable environment.
Rex does come with a few challenges, and it's important to be honest. He's very strong on the lead and doesn't walk well -- he struggles with cars and can be reactive to people and dogs while out and about.
Because of this, Rex would do best in a calm, dog-savvy home with access to a secure outdoor space where walks aren't essential every day. Someone patient, understanding, and experienced with nervous or reactive dogs would be ideal. In return, he'll give you endless loyalty, love, and the kind of companionship that fills your heart.
If you think you could offer Rex the safe, stable home he deserves, please get in touch. He's truly special, and we just want the best for him.
