Our little girl Whinny has given birth to these beautiful Wire Haired dacshund (Tekel) pups. We have 1 boy and 1 girl left. Whinny (the mother) is family bred and she is a cracking, loyal, playful girl coming from my dad who has bred teckels for over 15 years. She has very good working blood lines with her ancestors being imported. The dad to the pups also comes from very good working bloodlines and again most of his ancestors have been imported. Both the parents are very well tempered dogs and were very easy to socialise around other dogs. There is a picture of mothers KC and Dads Teckle society registration attached if anyone would like to look up there breeding.
The little girl pup we have is a very good example of a wire haired dachshund. The little boy is also a very good example of a wire haired dachshund but with more of a pin coat rather than rough. Both pups are outgoing and are very well socialised around people, children and other dogs. Both our pups are eating solid food now and will be wormed/fleed up to date. They have been vet checked clear and had their first vaccination and microchip. If these pups turn out anything like their parents, with time, they will be very easy to train.
