Selling my male alexandrine parrot due to not having the time anymore to give him the attention and looking after he needs. Ive had him since he was 2 months old and has been raised by a family of 5 since. He's very out going and loves playing and messing with things. He will definitely fly to you if he sees you got food in your hand. When i used to have the time i would train him to fly to me on command but now im mostly out so he tends to fly to you less on command but he is definitely very trainable. He does step up to you when he wants and wants to keep touching to a minimal due to past trauma of previous owner perhaps abusing him. He also lovee speaking especially when hes asking to be let out the cage. Says words such as “peekabo” ‘Hello” “sings random gibberish” “blows kisses” and lot more. He comes with his cage and plenty of food for a while. The ring around his neck is also starting to develop as he’s approaching his second year. Hes truly a unique character and im very disheartened that i have to let him go but he needs some where better to be and live where he can get the attention he needs.
