💔 Rescue Story
Twiggy’s story is as heartbreaking as it is inspiring. She was abandoned at a small village bus stop and, day after day, she stayed there – patiently waiting for the family who never returned.
Kind locals saw her hope fading but couldn’t offer her anything except scraps. When rescuers finally brought her to safety, Twiggy didn’t hold on to fear or sadness. Instead, she greeted everyone with her little wagging tail, ready to love again. Since then, she’s been living in foster care where her playful, happy nature has truly blossomed. Recently, she’s moved to a shelter while her foster is on holiday. This joyful little girl is more than ready to find her real home.
🐶 Twiggy is pure sunshine in a small package. She loves people without hesitation, happily asking for cuddles and leaning in for affection. She’s wonderfully playful, bouncy, and has a charming habit of standing up on her back legs for attention – as if she’s asking for a hug.
🐶 Twiggy is housetrained, good with other dogs, and loves to play. Twiggy is also very much human-oriented and adores being around her people. She hasn’t been tested with cats, but her loving, friendly nature suggests she could adapt well with careful introductions.

Twiggy would thrive in a home where she isn’t left alone for long, with a family or person who can shower her with affection. She’d love a home with a secure garden for playtime, and she’d be just as happy living with another playful dog or as the cherished only pet. She’s also wonderful with children who can join in her joyful games.
