Very gentle and loyal, loves fetch, used to being alone but also good with other dogs. He is complete and has previously been proven. Was rescued from a farm so used to being outdoors. As he is getting on a bit 2 20-30 minute walks each day is ample, and then just wonders around and sleeps!
Edit
- he is great with other animals (wr have chickens and rabbits) but as with all terrier types, this does need slow introductions.
- currently an only dogs but had lived with other dogs in the past.
- he loves fetch! Does it in his own time but will play it for hours
- loves a lap to lean up against and tummy rubs
- walks well on a lead, off lead he'll just follow his nose
- recall not brilliant in places he doesn't know, but always comes at home etc. He roams the whole property all day no issues.
- loves a bone
- really good with new people and dogs, does take a couple of days to trust someone as usual with these loyal terriers
- travels really well
- eats biscuits and various snacks
- house trained to a point, but used to roaming free. Doesn't really come in the housr much at present, but loves it when he does!
- up to date with Vaccinations, next one due end of year. Also chipped but we didn't receive the paper work on rescue, so details will still be under old farm.
- most genuine loyal boy who will be the greatest companion. Heart breaking to part, but recent severe illness in the family means we are spending lots less time with him which isn't fair.
- The right home is more important than the price. This only reflects that we want him to go to a home who can afford to look after him like a child (or older gentleman!)
