Our 3 year old cat, Birdie needs a new home. We’re absolutely heartbroken, but we’ve had a baby and she’s so unhappy. She’s not a fan of babies / kids due to treatment from children at the home we got her from. She’d be great for a home with no young children and would need a garden. She’s very affectionate on her terms and has a very entertaining character. She always sits on our outside wall and requests strokes from passers by, so has made lots of friends where we live. She loves to play, but isn’t at all demanding or needy with affection. She loves head & neck strokes, but isn’t a fan of belly rubs or rough petting. We’ve never had any issues with her damaging furniture or causing a mess. She’s got a chubby belly, but this is since getting her neutered rather than being from over feeding or an unhealthy diet. We’ve always fed her very high-quality food so have had no health issues and is probably why she has such a shiny coat. We really want this move to be her forever home, in a calm environment where she can feel loved. The ad makes me put a minimum price of £50, but we’d not expect any money. We just want to know she’d be well looked after.
