These are my 5 year-old peach-faced lutino lovebird pair's second set of chicks. They have been fed both seeds and a variety of pellets so will eat either. I made sure to handfeed them frequently within their first two weeks and then handled them regularly after that, they were fed up until they were about 5 weeks old at least twice weekly. This means they are not scared to be handled (see photos) but have not been fully hand-reared. They have been part reared by me and then the rest has been done by their parents to ensure they are healthy and equally somewhat tame.
They have excellent feather growth and look very healthy. I have not done a sex test to identify if male or female. They are ready to 'leave the nest' now and the parents would also like rid of them - lol.
Happy to drop-off with additional payment but also can collect from my address. They are currently on Hagen Tropican pellets, and were raised on the chick formula from them also though they would just eat different pellets or seeds as I have introduced them to a few.
