Betty is a rescue from Cyprus currently living in Devon. Here is a little about her:
Betty is very playful and her most favourite game is fetch! She also loves to use her nose to sniff out treats.
We think she may have a herding type breed in her as she has strong collie traits.
She is a medium size weighing around 20kg.
Betty is very loving with people she knows and trusts, but is wary of strangers.
She generally walks well on her lead. She is very playful with dogs she likes and have the same playstyle as her. However not all dogs appreciate the way she plays.
She is currently sharing her home with children aged 5 and 8 and is brilliant with them. However, she is cautious around children who are nervous around her.
Betty is house and crate trained, sleeps through the night and is happy to be left home alone for reasonable periods. She will chase squirrels and cats.
Betty is looking for a happy, active home with a garden to relax in. She would prefer not to be in a busy city setting and to live in a quieter area with interesting walks and space. She loves to cuddle on the sofa after a good walk. She may be able to share her new home with dog who loves to play too.
Whilst Betty is currently living happily with young children, but we would prefer older dog savvy children in her new home. So, if you have room in your life and in your heart for this amazing girl, please contact us.

2. A little about your experience with dogs.
3. A brief description of your garden and height of fencing at its lowest point?
4. Details of the other dog or dogs in your home?
5. Any other pets?
6. Ages of any children in your home or who may visit?
7. Time Betty might be left alone each day and how she will fit into your lifestyle.
8. Your best contact number so that we can call you.
She has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
Minimum adoption donation of £250 applies.
ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO A SATISFACTORY APPLICATION AND HOME CHECK.
Post adoption support is available from our rescue.
Our rescue must be informed at any time of a change in circumstances and our dog returned to one of our volunteers where required and when space is available. Betty must never be handed over to any UK Rescue or sold or adopted on without our knowledge. We will always endeavour to rehome our dogs when necessary.
