Here we have the stunning Ghost looking for her forever home, she is being returned to rescue due to work commitments.
Ghost is the most gentle and soft dog I’ve ever known. She seeks cuddles and fuss. She gets hot so often prefers to sit next to you rather than on top. She’s clever - has sit, wait, bed commands. She’s anxious - fireworks especially but loud noises too. She’s anxious outside at night and we suspect she doesn’t see so well at night. She does bark whenever she hears a dog and please note these descriptions are for inside the home. She’s a different dog on the lead.
Likes Humans? Yes all humans
Likes other dogs? Yes all dogs
She has put weight on since joining us. She seeks food at all times and will steal food - new or in the bin - so caution is needed. She does steal from our other dog unless we watch closely.
She can occasionally rip something up but not often. She kills all toys within ten minutes but she enjoys it! Won’t play with the tough/indestructible kind.
Ghost is fine to be left alone, she is with the other resident dog. They bark when they hear another dog.
Likes Cats? No
When anxious (ie fireworks) she likes to feel enclosed. Under the table or under a washing airer for example.

Obedience Not good at taking commands
On the lead No good at all on the lead
She’s fine most of the time. She prefers a gentle pace and doesn’t pull much. However whenever another dog is encountered she goes nuts. Barking, pulling - the whole schabang. She’s a big dog and it takes all my husband/s strength to contain her when this happens.
Ghost needs someone who can walk her more to keep her trim, and someone experienced who can help her with her behaviours.
