Meet Benson, “Benson will need a quieter home with minimal visitors and a family prepared to work on building his confidence with strangers. Once Benson learns to trust someone he is a very loving and loyal boy who loves strokes and tummy rubs” 💞
Benson met children whilst in Romania who he was good with however, since being in his current home, he has been boisterous and can be rough while playing, especially while mouthing. He can therefore live with confident, dog savvy children aged 12+ 👶
Benson was very good with dogs in Romania, it is felt he may benefit from another Medium/Larger playful dog in the home however, this is not essential 🐾
Benson accepts a collar, harness and lead. He is generally good on the lead however he can be reactive to some people. He is currently attending puppy classes to help build his confidence through socialising 🐕🦺
Benson met cats whilst in Romania who he was good with however he can be very bouncy and boisterous when playing. He can share his home with a confident, dog savvy cat but will need slow and sensible introductions 🐈
Benson is not yet toilet trained or crate trained. He has shown some general puppy chewing behaviours however has not been destructive in the home. He has been left alone for up to 1 hour with no issues. He sleeps well overnight and travels well in the car however, can be hesitant to get in, so needs some reassurance 💞
