A biddable, strong and loving peg dog with great style and speed, Rocky picks up on multiple shoots for all types of game. He lives to work, his drive and focus are unmatched. His nose is excellent, he’ll work the toughest terrain until he finds every last bird. He’ll go wherever you need him, he’s just happy to work for you, and we see this in his pups whether they go on to be gundogs, therapy dogs or service dogs.
Rocky switches off easily so he’s a fantastic pet, very loving and affectionate (beyond what you would normally see in a lab - you’ll see it when you meet him). He’s brilliant with children and just loves to be loved.
Pups would be suitable as pets for very active homes or working gundogs, therapy dogs, service dogs. We receive repeat matings year after year due to the demand, every bitch we’ve had 2 to 3 litters from.
Stud fee to be paid on first tie, with a repeat mating offered 24/48 hours apart.
We recommend your bitch is progesterone tested to check her levels.
