Merlot (Inglebeck Mona) our female fox red labrador aged 4 years is from a working gun dog bloodline, she is an excellent example of the breed and ******************ed a beautiful litter of 7x puppies on 20-07-2025, all puppies are fox red in colour, chunky, feeding and growing well as expected, they are already being slowly weened onto sloppy puppy food as we speak.
Dam is DNA clear of the following: CNM, MCD, PRCD-PRA, STGD
Sire in DNA clear of the following: CNM, MCD, PRCD-PRA, STGD, EIC, HNPK, SD2, Eyes screening - unaffected, Elbows 0/0, Hips 3/2
The sire (KENSESQUI RIG) can be seen in the photos is a dark red fox lab, he belongs in a championship bloodline family and is a well known and respected working gun dog, he has both English and Irish Field Trial Champion winners in his family and is worked and owned by Shepbeck Gundogs located up in Cumbria working the very testing fells by game keeper Mark Hall.
All puppies are KC registered as are both Dam (Mum) and Sire (Dad) Puppies upon leaving for there forever homes will be individually fully health checked by a vet, have a health certificate issued for there new owners, received there 1st vaccination, be microchipped, and both flea and worm treated.
New owners will be supplied with a puppy pack which will include bag of food (Beta Puppy Chicken Dry Food) this is what they are currently being weaned on, a comfort blanket with mums scent on and a toy from there bed. Puppies also come with five weeks Kennel Club insurance from the day they leave, this for peace of mind.
The puppies are being raised in a busy household with other pets and children so will be well socialised. To secure a puppy a non-refundable deposit of £250 will be required, a receipted contract will also be given to protect both parties.
We are starting viewings as of Monday 25th August as the puppies will then be five weeks old.
Puppies will be ready to leave for there forever homes on 14th September, after being fully checked and vaccinated by the vets, these puppies are our babies babies so we are allways looking for the best owners to both love and care for them.
