With a sad and heavy heart I am looking to re home my big boy. He is the softest guy, needs someone with a large garden or land where he can wonder, he has no aggression but does need someone who can carry on with some more advanced training. He loves people, animals, and is used to being around 3 cats and children . I am devestated however the reason for re homing is when rescued I was informed he was one sort of breed (smaller retriever mix) instead when he arrived it was clear he wasn’t and is stead a LGB - a Macedonian sheepdog mix of sharplanic and Newfoundland. This means I don’t have the whole space he needs and he needs a job to do to keep his mind active- whether this is a farm job or someone who loves training and agility or running (morning and evenings). He’s had full vaccinations, has his passport, microchipped and is done so won’t be used for breeding. He is a gentle giant who with the right home will be the most loving dog. He can be with other dogs as he was before he came to me. He does need a job to keep his mind active. He is only 15 months old and 29kg with some more to grow. We have been working on his basic obedience and he loves his walks in the countryside. I have all his things that will come with him and would look to ask for a small donation to ensure he goes to a good home. I have a crate/food (enough for a month and half if not 2 depending on how long it takes to re home) all his toys/leads/bowls/some treats.
I really want to find him a home with someone who will also keep me updated on his progress as he means a lot to me. located in Cheshire I would ideally love him to be with someone in this area as not to cause too much distress for travelling.
