Description

Please read carefully. Our beautiful cat is sadly looking for a new home. We rescued him at only 6 weeks old and have loved him from the start. However, it is apparent that no matter what we do our home is not the right environment for him to thrive. His name is Piccolo, named because he was so tiny when we got him he could hardly drink from a bowl. He is the most gentle cat you could wish for. He has never, ever scratched, bitten or shown any nastiness. At the vets he will freeze and keep completely still, he is extremely timid. He only comes out in the morning once the children are at school, for food and in the evenings to snuggle on the sofa with us once the children are in bed. He gets on really well with our other cat and dog, they play together and groom each other. However, I think he'd be happier in a home where he is the only pet. He needs a quiet, calm home with NO CHILDREN and NO OTHER PETS. He must be able to have good access to the outdoors,a garden is a must as he won't stay far. Piccolo is well loved and cared for, he is upto date with health checks, flea and wormers and is on a gold plan at the vets. He is neutered and microchipped. The only reason we are rehoming Piccolo is this. He sometimes stress urinates around the house, usually in one spot on our bedroom carpet. We have tried coping with this but we can't change the fact our home is busy and noisy with children and pets and it's not fair to Piccolo if it's causing him this much unhappiness. If you think you could give this beautiful, gentle cat a chance for a calm, loving home do get in touch.
