Phoenix - Rare Redpoint Mitted Female Ragdoll
We are pleased to offer Phoenix, a beautiful and rare redpoint mitted female Ragdoll. Ginger females are exceptionally uncommon (80% of ginger cats are male), and Phoenix is one of only a few we have bred in the past five years. She is the last of her kind that will be available for an extended period, as we do not plan to have any additional litters for at least the next two years.
Phoenix exhibits exemplary behaviour. True to her breed, she becomes soft and relaxed when handled, displaying the classic "floppy" trait of a Ragdoll. She is affectionate and enjoys both attention and cuddles. Her unique name, Phoenix, reflects both her rarity and her striking ginger coat. Phoenix is accustomed to typical household noises, is well-socialized with other cats, and is familiar with our 2-year-old son. Her gentle and adaptable nature makes her well-suited to homes with young children.
Dam: Mitzie
Phoenix’s mother, Mitzie, is an exceptionally intelligent and sociable blue and cream bicolour Ragdoll. Known for her unique behaviour, Mitzie loves to play fetch like a dog and even responds sensitively to people in distress. She is grand champion-sired, a detail that will be proudly reflected in Phoenix’s pedigree, as we prioritize breeding for strong genetics and adherence to the breed standard. This is Mitzie’s final litter for the next two years.
Sire: Kabuki
Phoenix’s sire, Kabuki, is a distinguished and sensible red point tom who has consistently produced beautiful kittens over the years. Now neutered and living harmoniously with our queens, Kabuki is known for his strong profile, muscular build, and broad head, complemented by a striking bushy red tail—a feature he passed to many of his offspring.
Sakura
We retained Sakura, one of Kabuki’s ginger daughters, as a future breeding queen. Like her sire, Sakura is exceptionally sensible and possesses a striking bright red tail, along with a distinctive white marking on her ginger mask. Given Phoenix’s close resemblance to Sakura, we believe she will develop similarly with maturity, making her an excellent prospect for any breeder’s program.
We also own grandma who can be seen in the video (blue point mitted ragdoll).
