💔 Rescue Story
Thrown into the world far too early, Tasha was abandoned as a puppy and left in a box at a foster gate with no explanation and no fault of her own. She grew up not in the warmth of a family but in the care of kind people who gave her safety until now. Despite this rough start, Tasha’s heart has remained soft and open – always ready to love and trust.
Detailed Information
🐶 Tasha arrived in the UK a week ago and went to a foster-to-adopt home, where she has shown herself to be a sweet, affectionate and clever girl. Sadly, it hasn’t turned out to be the right match —because her playful spirit and youthful energy are too much for the family’s 13-year-old dog, who finds her liveliness overwhelming, clearly sets boundaries and doesn’t wish any interaction with a new dog. And either because of this or just because her active playful spirit needs more, she turns to be too demanding for interaction with humans, which is hard with their busy schedule and working out and from home.
🐶 Tasha current family describes her as a lovely, clean and well-mannered girl who quickly learned the house rules. After just a few nights of gentle settling-in, she now sleeps peacefully through the night on her own downstairs. She is friendly, curious, and full of life — always keen to join her humans and follow them around the house. She’s developed a strong bond with her foster dad, and feels anxious when he leaves, showing she is a dog who deeply values connection and companionship.
🐶 Tasha is great on walks, inquisitive and happy to explore her surroundings. Indoors, she loves affection and responds beautifully to gentle reassurance. Her foster family says:
“Tasha is a sweet girl, very clean in the house and settles quickly. Playful and after initial shyness she has responded well to affection. Walks have gone well and she is very interested in her surroundings. Although a bit too boisterous for our 13-year-old male dog, she has shown some separation anxiety. We feel she will be a lovely addition to the right home — probably with people who have had a dog before.”
Tasha didn’t take to the pen setup, so she’s been given freedom around the house and copes well with it. She enjoys sitting with her foster dad while he works in the garage or does his hobbies and is a joyful, loyal little shadow to those she trusts.
