2 gorgeous bonded parrots - 2 year old male pineapple green cheek conure (DNA tested) and 4 year old male quaker.
The quaker steps up and loves a cuddle, is able to say “hello” and “quack quack” but only when he feels like it! and will happily accept food from your hand, can be a little bit mistrusting of hands so slow and steady wins the race.
The pineapple clearly wears the pants in the relationship and is less trusting of hands, he does stand on you but other than that he is not tame, so may be liable to bite, he has a wider vocabulary than the quaker, able to say “what doing” “hello” “pretty bird” and “what are you doing”.
A travel cage is included but is a little too small so I strongly suggest transferring to a larger cage when they’re used to their new environment, cage toys and some food/treats are included as well. They’re a little uneasy around other birds but as long as you introduce them correctly and take a little more time you should be golden.
I’m heartbroken that I am unable to keep these 2 but im glad to know they’re going to a good home.
