🐶 RAYA is a sweet around 12 months old puppy girl. Around 50cm height 18kg
🐶 RAYA is adorable girl , very friendly and playful. She is very loving, very curious and very smart. She loves to wag her tail and tell you she’s happy!
Her sister was adopted, and so now she is looking for her new home ❤️
This is what the current Foster says about her: " She is a really friendly and gorgeous pup, she loves people and dogs, but just like humans needs a minute to warm up as she can get anxious around new dogs at first, and to give her the best chance, would benefit from a slow, non-busy introduction to any dogs (no busy car parks or busy places where anxiety could peak) though she is generally not bothered by traffic or cars which is great, just that it can add to over stimulation for a first encounter
She is submissive when playing, finding her feet as she grows and learns 🐕
She is also learning not to jump up, it's just because she loves you so much and needs to give you kisses! She is learning her name more and more too ❤️
She hasn't had any accidents inside, only toilets outside, so is toilet trained 💪🏻
She settles well over night, and she has been left for a few hours during the day with no problems, but would ideally have someone around most of the day whilst she settles.
She has a strong interest in live stock (as most dogs do before they’re adequately trained) so she will need a home without cats/small furries/chickens etc. and to be on lead until good recall and training established
As she can be excitable, curious and bouncy, other dogs in the home will need to be tolerant and okay with this. Humans will also need to be patient with this. She is just happy to be loved and be part of a pack.
She previously wasn’t given the best options for food, so she is still getting used to the fact that she will be fed and shouldn’t worry about going hungry. Patience and understanding is key here, especially as it is natural for dogs to worry about food/ being fed. Overtime she will learn to trust that she will be fed and not to worry
She walks well on a lead with a harness, which is best for all dogs as it doesn’t put any strain on their necks, and has her very own pink harness and matching lead, and a pretty little bow with bees on her collar 🐝
She pulls sometimes only due to being excited to sniff and learn her new surroundings, this means she really enjoys walks and learning - which is really ideal behaviour for training! 🌈
LOVES her toys and will parade around with them, showing them off to you! ☺️🧸
Not very barky and doesn’t bark when the doorbell or anything goes, which is fantastic“
🐶 RAYA is very affectionate but in new environment can be anxious and will need family who ready to give her time to settle and patience. This is very important for dogs.
She will need a secure garden (tall wall or fence) and would benefit from more rural location if possible
🐶 RAYA is very human orientated and enjoy learning new things. She is very smart and very grateful for any attention, she would love to be your new best friend and will adore you 🥰
🐶 RAYA loves kids, but a future family should consider carefully whenever they get any dog as all pups takes kids and siblings and will play with them the same way as with other puppies (including mouthing). So would recommend kids 12+
She will perfectly suit home with another friendly dog, ideally a dog who is 1 +year (so it can give her a chance to learn good behaviour and extra manners)
or even as the only dog who can have all the snuggles from you! As long as she has good opportunity to socialise with other dogs and become less anxious, she would not mind & would love the attention and training to stimulate her mind ❤️ maybe even classes or puppy/doggy training classes.
🐶 RAYA is young and is still a puppy (minus the need for any tedious toilet training 💪🏻) so will need time and patience but she has so much love to give back 💖 she deserves the absolute world and nothing less 🌎 ❤️
🐶 RAYA has no known health issues; spayed. Full vaccination pack, provided worms treatment, microchipped.
