Description

Although this is a very hard decision, we’re having to rehome our golden retriever. We rehomed him to us, and honestly he’s a great companion but my partner is quite significantly allergic to him. He’s such a funny boy and full of character. You’ll never see him without a toy in his mouth. He just loves attention but is also fine being left alone. I tend to leave him downstairs on the first floor of my home and he’s fine throughout the day. Sometimes when the door knocks he does bark but stops once it is opened and the person enters. He can sometimes bark at people who approach him unexpectedly in the street but will stop if they stroke him. Or if he doesn’t want to engage he will step back and walk away. On walks, initially he pulls slightly but the walks nicely when treats are given. He sleeps through the whole night no issues and has no problems with the toilet side of things. He’s never urinated in the house always outside or on walks. He can sit, paw, spin, etc. he’s very clever so can be taught much more I’m sure. Sometimes he jumps up, rarely but he does when he gets overly excited so something to be mindful of if there’s small children involved, but I’d say a slightly older child would be great! He is one years old (birthday was yesterday) he is microchipped and has his vaccinations. His yearly ones are due at the end of April. He will come with all of his paperwork and the microchip number so he can be changed into another’s name. He will come with a months world of tails.com food, both wet food and dry food, and more treats than you could imagine. I’ll also provide all of his toys, his bed and his blankie which he likes to walk around the house with aswell as a brand new harness, collar and two leads. If you think you could offer him an amazing home please let me know. Thank you! (The price covers everything he comes with) and to ensure someone is able to financially afford him.
