Argi is a beautiful young girl, abandoned by her hunter as she wasn’t good enough. He was giving her away in a WhatsApp group full of hunters where they exchange dogs when they no longer wanted and in Argi’s case she was going to be used for breeding instead. Thankfully, one of the wonderful shelters we work with in Spain got their hands on her instead which has prevented her from being used as a breeding machine for the rest of her life which sadly happens to so many setters. Argh is a very sociable and affectionate dog with people. She’s great with other dogs as well and enjoys her free time outside with the other dogs at her shelter. She doesn’t show any dependence on them though so could live on her own or with another dog in her new home. She really adores the company of people, even more if they are giving her a fuss, which she asks for constantly! She’s good with children and although she has not been cat tested yet, she can be for the right home.
Argi is due to travel to UK foster soon or can ideally travel straight to her forever home.
