We take on any parrots or parakeets in need of a loving home. We offer a home for life and always avalible for home visits should you wish to come and visit them.
Our birds are only caged when we go to bed and let out first thing in the morning and catered for on a high veg, fruit nut and seed diet.
All our birds are provided their own enrichment tree with various toys and stuff for shredding! (Which they love) We also give daily spray showers baths, this again is new to alot of them when they arrive, but they love it! We provide foraging boxs daily to for them to dig through stuff to find treats.
Every bird we have taken in has needed to be hand tamed, or a bitter (apart from one who i call my perfect boy! ) Training is on going all day and their interactions is all day.
We live on a farm, 4 children, 2 dogs and lots of ducks. Our birds can always see what's doing on be it chickens strolling in the house for a huggle or horses in the field.
If you are thinking about rehoming your bird, I'd deffinatly do your research as the birds we have had come to us have been passed from pillar to post through no fault of their owners, it's just sometimes people's circmstances change, so we can be that forever home if you need help just feel free to drop me a message.
Most our birds have come to us knowen to be biting, scared of hands and various other issues, this is something we work on with them daily after they have had a settling in period, lots of treats and got to know us all.
We can also come and collect or you are more than welcome to drop off and approve their new home first
