I’m helping to rehome my dad’s dog due to his ill health. This lovely boy was originally rescued from someone who sadly didn’t look after him properly. My dad has cared for him and helped him come a long way, but due to his own health problems, he can no longer keep him. The dog is currently staying with me until we can find the right forever home.
He’s around 3 years old and a cocker spaniel. He has a sweet, loyal nature and loves company and attention. Once he trusts you, he’s incredibly affectionate and just wants to be close to his person.
Because of his past, he finds it hard to be left alone, so he’ll need a home where someone is around most of the time. He’s house-trained and in good health, but his vaccination history is unknown, so a new owner should be prepared to get him checked over and vaccinated by their vet.
He deserves a loving, patient home where he’ll feel safe, secure, and part of the family for good.
He is good with children age 1 and up and he has been ok with my dogs. This is urgent as I have 2 girl dogs who I’ve temporarily placed with family due to them not being spayed and one of mine isn’t keen on him.
