Lovely litter of 9 Estrela mountain dog puppies from health tested parents, third generation our breeding, so we are familiar with the lines.
The litter is undergoing extensive socialisation and has been raised by a 5star fully licensed and experienced breeder aimed at a variety of adult roles from pet, show to working.
They will be accustomed to sheep and livestock, heavily socialised with children and other dogs/pets, plus as all aspects of a busy family life. All puppies are super friendly and confident however as adults the breed is aloof/uninterested with strangers and typically is an on lead dog when on walks as their recall can be hit and miss due to their independent natures are adults.
Estrelas also have very little prey or food drive therefore as adults are not ones to chase/ be rewarded with tit bits.
As adults they are very loyal, independent, calm family guardians - however all this starts with the correct raising.

Puppies will leave with vaccine, with 2 vet checks, KC registrations, further dose of wormer, microchips, our manual, contracts and insurance. Puppies are raw fed/raised and we prefer this to be continued.
All puppies will be endorsed as not to be bred from to pet/working/showing homes.

We have Estrelas in a variety of roles all over the world and uk from the USA to Finland, from chicken farms to sheep farms, they make excellent dogs in a variety of homes from pet to working.
Full extensive support/backup from an experienced LGD kennel. To include on going training help/ in person as standard.
