His story:
Marley is one of four puppies born to our brave rescue mum Misha – but their start in life was anything but safe.
Misha gave birth inside the public shelter/kill station, a place where no mother and pups should ever be. It’s a harsh, dangerous environment, and their survival was far from certain. Thankfully, the little family was rescued just in time and brought to safety.
Now, Marley is growing up healthy and happy in private care. He’s now +/- 6 months old – playful, curious and ready to discover the world with his own family.
📏 Expected size: medium (current height can be measured on request)
🏷 Type: based on appearance, Marley could be a mix of herding-type and whippet-like genes, just like his siblings – giving him a fine, elegant build and a warm, expressive face with beautiful dark shading around his muzzle.
Looks & charm:
Marley’s soft sandy coat and gentle brown mask give him a special, soulful expression. He’s compact, graceful and full of puppy charm – the kind of pup whose eyes seem to tell a story.
Character:
Marley already shows a gentle and affectionate nature for his age. He enjoys human company, plays happily with his siblings, and responds beautifully to kind voices and touch. He’s curious and bright, but also sensitive – the type of puppy who will thrive with patient, loving guidance.
Important note for puppy adopters
Puppies are wonderful, but they do require time, consistency and daily involvement. Marley is still very young and will go through his puppy and teenage stages, so he’ll need positive training, routine, playtime and continued socialisation.
He will do best with adopters who understand that raising a puppy means active participation every day. Having another friendly dog could be a great help for him to learn from, but it’s not essential if his people have the time and commitment to guide him.
Ideal home:
Marley would love a family where he’s included in everyday life and surrounded by affection. A home with a garden would be lovely, but most important is a stable, warm and loving environment where he can grow up safely.

Friends InDeed is a registered charity organization. A home check (sometimes even online) is required before every adoption. We do not place our dogs with people who do not genuinely love dogs — too many lives depend on us, and we simply cannot be too careful!
To adopt one of our dogs, you must have your own private garden and no children under the age of 10. We do not provide working dogs, therapy dogs, or assistance dogs — no matter how noble or well-intentioned the purpose may be.
If you adopt MARLEY, he will live with you as a beloved family companion, cared for and cherished as he truly deserves. You also agree to stay in touch with us so we can support you with any questions or challenges that may arise.
We prefer to communicate via phone or WhatsApp, as we both work during the day and have limited access to email. It’s also much easier — we can exchange all the necessary information at once. If you like, we can schedule a video call so you can see MARLEY live before meeting him in person.
We are a 100% genuine and transparent rescue, fully dedicated to saving lives. We are actively involved in the spaying and neutering of stray dogs and in finding them loving forever homes. We reserve the right to ask for a different adoption fee or donation for our shelter dogs, depending on individual circumstances. In most cases, our costs are not fully covered.
We stay in touch with all our adopters — now more than 500 families — and can provide excellent references upon request.
