Carter arrived in foster on 24th March 2025.
Carter, is an adorable little bundle of joy who is ready to fill your heart with love! This sweet, pure white puppy seems to be an old soul. He is a shy puppy but so ready to start being the dog he was born to be.
Carter is here to show you just how beautiful life can be with a rescue pup by your side.

Carter has immediately settled in to home life.
Carter is your classic happy-go-lucky pup—sweet, silly, full of personality, and just the right amount of mischief to keep you on your toes. At around 8 months old, he’s really come into his own and is loving life!
He’s playful and bouncy one minute, then curled up for a nap the next. Toilet trained, great on the lead, and a big fan of cuddles—Carter is always up for affection and attention. He gets on brilliantly with the resident dog in his foster home and would thrive with a canine companion who enjoys playtime as much as he does.
Carter is super food-motivated (read: will do anything for a snack), which makes training a breeze. He’s already picking up on routines and boundaries and will happily keep learning with the right guidance.
Car journeys aren’t his favourite thing—he prefers not to jump in himself, so you may need to lift him in—but once he’s settled, he’ll curl up and sleep through the whole journey
Carter would be a great fit for an active home—whether it’s a family or an adult-only household—with plenty of time for walks, play, and mental stimulation. Ideally, he’d love to have a young, playful doggy friend to bounce around with

His Story Carter was thrown from a horse and cart along with his brother Cosmo. It appears his owner came into the city just to dump the two brothers. Fortunately our volunteer was alerted and she was able to collect them within hours.
