Description

Hello! These are my lovely babies, Lager and Stout. They originally came from a shed of working ferrets, and i took them in as original owner didn't have the space for them. I've had them since August, and they've lived in my room with me pretty much free range, apart from the odd evening where i put them in an outdoor hutch. I feed them raw, with access to ferret kibble throughout the day. Because of working and university, i fear i'm not around for them enough and they would have a better life with someone who didn't have such a busy schedule as me. The price i'm asking for is more of an adoption fee so i know that they're going to a good home, but also there's a wooden hutch, hammock, some toys, food bowls and carry bag for them that you can take too. The hutch would need a car to be moved, it's quite a nice one that i bought online - but it's not suitable for them to be in for extended periods of time as it's not massive! I only use it really as a safe space whilst i do some chores around my room or for them at night. Lager is a month older and the while girl. I spent a lot of time nip training her when she was around three months old and is well behaved now, only nips to initiate play. Stout is like a kitten- she's nibbley but not painful. i've just trained her to walk on a lead but she's a little skittish so would need to relax her into longer walks. These guys would do well for someone who's had ferrets before or is an adult - i just don't think they're suitable for kids or teens as pets in general due to how demanding they are and the care that's required for them. I love them so much but i just want the best for them and i don't think i can offer them that whilst living as a student in london as well as working :( Stout recently slept in my lap for the first time the other day and they play together brilliantly. Unneutered as of right now too.
