We are having to rehome our beautiful dog Otis as I am pregnant and he is very nervous. He can be barky on walks and needs training. He is also snappy with new people but has never bitten. Introducing him to new people can often take time. We managed to rehome him a couple of weeks ago, all is going so well, he settled with them after the first day once we left as he was protective of us but now he has settled with them and they have visitors round they can’t train him and have decided it’s not worth it so we are having to rehome again. The new owners have said he is amazing until people visit so would be best with people who don’t really interact with others. He isn’t keen on other dogs and doesn’t particularly like being alone and gets upset but with enough training will be able to settle. We just unfortunately don’t have the time to train him or want to risk him being around a baby as he is scared. I need a good home who is willing to put in the time and effort to help him as he has only been at his new home a week and they have given up.
