Description

It is with a heavy heart that we are looking to rehome our Labradoodle Maple due to unforeseen changes in our personal circumstances. We need to have her rehomed before February 2026. She is ready to leave anytime before that time. Maple is a medium-sized Labradoodle (female-spayed) who weighs up to 20kg with a very sweet and loving temperament. She will be 2 years old in December 2025. She loves everyone and is a big fan of cuddles and snuggles, so she would come up to you for fuss and hugs. In terms of characteristics and traits, Maple is more Labrador than Poodle. She loves boisterous plays, playing in the garden, and she does not mind going for potty under any weather. She is very energetic and have a lot of energy to burn, so she loves taking long walks, which makes her a good exercise companion. With her having more Labrador traits, she is very gentle and has never been vicious. She lets you do anything to her (grooming, cutting nails, etc.) and no nervous trips to the vets as she loves people. Maple currently lives with our other dog (a toy-sized senior dog). She gets along fine with our other dog, although sometimes she can get too energetic and she doesn't always know her size. She'd definitely enjoy having a brother/sister that shares the same energy level and size as her. She will also thrive very well being the only dog in the house, as she loves being the centre of attention. We have a bit of issue with her during walks, as she'd pull and bark if she sees other dogs. But once she gets to know the other dog, she will calm down. We put her on an anti-pull lead to help with this issue and make it more manageable. Maple is potty-trained and knows basic commands. She is a quick learner and responds well to trainings. In terms of health, Maple is up to date with her vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, has been spayed, and in overall good health. Maple deserves a home where she will be part of the family, surrounded by love and companionships. She'd make the perfect dog for anyone who wants a loyal companion. If you think Maple could be the right fit for you, please get in touch as we'd be happy to answer any of your questions and happy to accommodate if you want to visit her and see her in person. Thank you so much and take care.
