Description

Here i i have a 6 n half month old caique baby. This is a highly intelligent, highly social species that will need constant care and attention to thrive. He is 6 months old and just going through his first moult. This species mature between the ages of 2-4 years old, This species is considered the “clowns” in the parrot world and this guy lives up to his reputation. He has a very cheeky and energetic personality and has started to mimic i believe. His diet consists of chop (fresh vegetables) in the morning followed by a high quality seed/nut mix in PM. His favourite treats are grapes and strawberries. He isn’t a biter but more an inquisitive nibbler, definitely uses his beak as his 3rd hand. These guys bond really quickly and can become your best friend within a short amount of time.
