Description

Hello Everyone I am a Turkish Man with a great passion for Anatolian Shepherd dogs though I love all dogs. I have had numerous Anatolian shepherd dogs for the last 20 years. I have brought a pair of giant Anatolian Shepard dogs with me from Turkey. My dogs come from a very famous and reputable kennel in Turkey (Korfez Kennel), the owner is a friend of mine Mr. Kaan Bilgic. I am a British citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 28 years, however recently we have been spending more time in Slovakia because I am married to a Slovakian lady and have a house in Slovakia. This litter of puppies were born in Slovakia. I will be coming back to the UK around 30th September however I will only be bringing the pups that I have sold as we will not be fully relocating to the UK as yet. I realise it’s not exactly around the corner but if any one of you really familiar with this breed will know it is very difficult find decent Anatolian shepherd dogs in the UK often one needs to go to Turkey like myself have had to do over the years. If you have noticed my dogs have cropped ears because they were born in Turkey and I have had to fly to Turkey many times over to choose them often drove them to the UK in order to import them. My dogs are superior specimens, great bone structure, stance and temperament. They are very tall and Stocky dogs. Their Ideal place to live would be a house with sizeable garden or a farm. Unless you are a well built and strong person wouldn’t highly recommend walking them in public areas. A little History lesson regarding the breed: There is only one breed which is recognised by World Kennel Club and it is “ANATOLIAN SHEPHERD DOG”. There are other names that we Turks use like “Kangal” because it’s believed that these dogs originated from a village in Sivas called “Kangal”. This is 100% false! We, the nomadic Turks, brought these dogs with our live stock from Central Asia when we invaded Anatolia (Modern day Turkey) in 1071 AD. Some of these dogs have big saggy lips and we call them “Malakli” which in Turkish means “with big lips”, but still an Anatolian Shepherd dog. Someone in Turkey thought it was good idea to use it as a marketing gimmick to boost dog sales to foreigners who do not quite understand the breed. There are different colour variations among this breed like Akbas (White Head) but still “Anatolian Shepherd dog”. With Anatolian shepherd dogs in the UK, if you are not prepared to go the extra mile sadly very often one will end up with a substandard dog. If you are not fussed and just want a dog to love and care, buying one in the UK is sufficient, but if you would like to have a show dog be prepared to travel for it a little further away from the UK preferably to Turkey. If you want to Video Call me to see the dogs you can do so on WhatsApp. If you would like to get a great dog, get your passport ready or if you are satisfied with a video call you can leave a deposit with “pet payment option” on this website and the balance to be settled on pick up from Waltham Cross on 30th September. I am a trusted and ID verified breeder. If you need references, I am happy to provide names and numbers of the people who got puppies from me. The dogs in the pictures are mom and dad. I will be uploading pictures of the puppies as they grow. For more information, please call as I prefer to talk on the phone. This advert will terminate midnight 28th September, if anyone of you interested please get in touch asap. If you have any questions I would be more than happy to answer them and have a lengthy chat. Thank you for looking.
