I have a male Russian dwarf hamster currently named Count Dracula around 3 months old and a female Syrian hamster currently named Dandelion around 9 months old. Dandelion has experienced previous neglect in a home she was in before and therefore requires a lot of extra handling and attention otherwise she gets stressed out whereas Count prefers to do his own thing. Having to find a new home for them due to personal circumstances changing and no longer being able to guarantee them the attention they definitely deserves despite it breaking my heart. Both are sweet and loving and have never had an issue with biting as long as I have had them. They are in separate cages and I also have a black bags worth of extra hides and chews and treats and more that can go with them as well as their current cage setups. Would love to be able to hand them both off together however understand if that is not possible.
