We are seeking owners who would like to be part of this new project , which is the culmination of over twenty years of selective breeding to produce a superb dog, suitable as a companion, pet, activity dog or that can be trained for any other discipline such as detection, hawking or hunting.
The puppies have pedigrees which can be traced back over multiple generations using rare pointing breeds, such as Brittanys and Korthols Griffen and a significant amount of English Springer Spaniel has been used. These puppies are actually 7/8th springer spaniel , but we have been able to introduce a wire-coat for added protection and some have a naturally shorter tail (from the Brittany gene) which helps guard against injury without the need for tail docking.
We have other young adults that can be viewed ,the puppies will be an English Springer Spaniel size. The temperament is very good, these are not nutty dogs, but very trainable , responsive and friendly.
We are naming these puppies after an extinct breed , which was also mainly English Springer spaniel - the Norfolk Spaniel, as these have been bred in Norfolk . These are the New Norfolk Spaniel and if you can provide a stimulating and active home we hope you would like to be part of our journey in introducing these wonderful pups to both pet and working owners.
