******************!! We are currently looking to rehome our male daschund. Birthday is 1st of November, his name is elvis and he is 3. Reasoning for rehoming is due to different work commitments and life style changes. Elvis is a lovely dog at heart but does have some behavioural issues. Elvis can be territorial around his food and some toys ect. Elvis needs someone with time and patience to help him through these behaviours. Elvis is crate trained, toilet trained, trained to sit, paw, up, roll over. Elvis being a daschund and male, he barks a lot and can be territorial over the house and often does bark a lot at people walking past and even new faces that come through the door, often quite unwelcoming also. I think at this time elvis would be best suited in a home with no children or older children. We are very sad it has come to this but no longer have an option under these circumstances. Elvis needs someone with the time and patience to open him up and change these behaviours. Elvis walks well on his lead, elvis was being walked and socialised by a dog walker in a group aswell as myself.
