These are my lovely lineolated parakeets that I have had for 2 years, the green is male, the blue/fallow is female (very rare colouring). Their names are Pickle & Jewel. They are friendly, don't bite, and are quiet little birds. They have great personalities, they will sit and warble to you they have the cutest sounds. They are around the same size as budgies but their flying abilities aren't as agile as them. Pickle can fly well however, when I got Jewel she never knew how to fly properly so she doesn't come out the cage as much. Pickle will some times come out his cage if you use a stick or a perch for him to step up on, other than that they don't leave the cage on their own, only with guidance. These birds are not tame, however they can be trained. They love fruit and salad, their favourites are lettuce, cucumber, carrots and apples. I am re-homing for personal reasons, I have health problems which makes it difficult for me to care for them. I'm very sad that I have to let them go but I have to do what's best for myself and the birds and I want them to have the best quality of life as possible. I will be re-homing them together, they are not a breeding pair but they are bonded. I will be selling them with their cage, climbing frame, accessories, food and toys.
