Description
This is Vinnie our lovely speckled dachshund. He a year and half old. Due to medical changes I no longer can give the care Vinnie deserves and need to find him a loving home. It’s with a heavy heart I am doing this so it will only be a person/family I feel is right for Vinnie. He’s a classic dachshund, stuck to you like a sticky bud, does stand his ground on walks and will challenge anyone and anything. He’s a big personality in a little dog. He isn’t crate trained however he is toilet trained and can sit when asked. He does get on with children but I feel Vinnie would work best with been a solo dog as he won’t want to share your love.

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
