🐶 Maily (1 year, lower-medium size girl) and Nick (6 months, smallish, but still growing, expected below/to-the-knee size, boy) are two souls who found each other after heartbreak – and now they cling together as best friends, offering each other comfort, play, and devotion. It’s not a strict request that they must go together – but oh, what a dream it would be if one family could open their doors to both, and be rewarded with double the love, loyalty, and joy.

💔 Rescue Story 💔
🐶 Maily once lived in a family with five dogs. When war struck, tragedy followed – her owner’s husband was killed on the frontline, and the woman fled to safety abroad, able to take only three of the smallest dogs. Maily was left behind, bewildered and heartbroken.
🐶 Nick’s start was equally harsh. Just a tiny pup, he and his two siblings were thrown out into the fields. By chance, rescuers found them, and while his siblings were rehomed, Nick remained.
At a small private shelter, Maily and Nick met. From the very first days they were inseparable – she became his comfort, he became her joy. Their bond has only deepened with time. 💕

🐶 Maily is calm, balanced and loving – the kind of girl who adapts to any family. She’s gentle, people-focused, adores children, and gets along well with both dogs and cats. She has an easy-going nature and is happiest when close to her people – or when Nick is by her side.
🐶 Nick is a true wonder pup – bright, sensitive, and astonishingly clever for his age. He understands with half a glance, learns with ease, and has the playfulness of a puppy balanced by a surprising calm. He idolises Maily, and his joy multiplies when she’s near. With people, he’s trusting, affectionate, and quick to bond.
Together, they are a team – balancing each other, comforting each other, and bringing out the best in one another. 🐾🐾❤️
🏡 Ideal Family
🐶 These two will thrive in a home with a garden, regular walks, and a family who will let them be part of daily life. They are well-suited to families with children, dog-friendly cats, and even other dogs. While each could adapt to life separately, the gift of keeping them together would mean giving them not just a home, but the security of never losing the one they love most.
🐶 Maily and Nick have endured loss but chosen love. Whether adopted together or separately, they will bring warmth, laughter, and devotion into their family’s life. But perhaps… just perhaps… the greatest gift would be for these two bonded hearts to stay side by side, sharing their journey into safety and joy together.

🐶 Maily and Nick are fully healthy. Maily is spayed; Nick is not yet neutered due to young age, but the rescue will try to arrange this before travel. Both have all core vaccines and are microchipped. All dogs are C.Brucella tested before travel (owners will receive a licensed laboratory test certificate).
