I have a selection of 10 week - 6 month old micro squirrels I have kept some longer as it is easier to sex them at that age however if gender doesn't matter there are around 4 at 10 weeks old they are all handled daily/ as often as possible to prevent them from being scared of human contact however they are still a creature that won’t want to be handled for long periods of time or “cuddled” I have bread them all myself and have helped them grow into gorgeous little animals. They are amazing to watch as they are semi arboreal so love to climb and jump around they are best to be housed in an exoterra type cage as they are able to squeeze through small holes and gaps in other cages! I have mine in a large, tall fish tank and can send pictures if interested.
