We are pleased to announce that our beautiful KC registered rich chocolate and tan miniature Dachshund Beau has given birth to a beautiful litter of 6 Pedigree long & smooth coat true Miniature Daschund puppies on 18th May.
Both mum and puppies are doing well and are absolutely adorable.

Mum Beau is available for you to meet as she is our family pet. We are ethical breeders and our puppies happiness and well being are our first priority. We have worked hard to make sure puppies are healthy and ensure that both mum and dad are extensively health tested to guarantee that their Puppies are, we will provide copies of all health tests. We have prepaid both first and second vaccines so there is NO ADDITIONAL COST to the new owners. We will have first vaccination done at 8 weeks and then Puppies will leave with a prepaid voucher for the next vaccination at 12 weeks this can be redeemed at a location convenient to you as it is with a nationwide reputable veterinary practice. Puppies are healthy and well socialised. They are brought up in a family environment with normal household sounds and activity. They are used to playing with toys and interacting with children and other dogs our puppies happiness is of utmost importance to us and we work hard to ensure they find the best homes. They will be ready to leave mum when they are 8 weeks old which is around 13th July although if this is a problem for you due to holiday plans we are happy to keep them for a little longer within reason. At 8 weeks we will ensure they have had microchipping, vaccinations and flea and worm treatment. We are only looking for 5 star homes for our puppies strictly NO BREEDERS please.

We can provide lots more photos and videos via Whatsapp if requested but pets4homes limits how many and how long videos can be. We are happy to answer enquiries and can provide pictures of previous litters and references if required. We would like to involve new owners as much as possible in the puppies birth and progress. we are happy to share scan photos and videos with new owners as we would like them to be as involved in puppies progress as much as possible.
Both mum and dad are very small ( mum is around 4kg and dad around 5kg) and both have very calm even temperaments and the puppies should also inherit mum and dad's lovely nature and calm temperament making them an ideal family pet. They have been bred from the best lineage possible and will be very easy to train.
🐶 Both mum and dad are extensively health tested over and above the Kennel club recommendations and puppies will be genetically clear of the following diseases:
✅ PRA - Cord 1 & 2 (Progressive Retinal Atrophy) - Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), specifically in the context of Cord 1 & 2, refers to a genetic condition that causes progressive vision loss in dogs, eventually leading to blindness.

✅ Muccopolysaccharidosis - A group of inherited metabolic disorders caused by defects in enzymes that break down glycosaminoglycans. The accumulation of GAGs can affect various organs and tissues, including bones, joints, eyes, and the brain.

✅ Narcolepsy – a chronic sleep disorder characterized by excessive daytime sleepiness and cataplexy, a sudden loss of muscle tone. It’s often inherited, with some breeds like Dachshunds being predisposed. The condition is not curable, but it can be managed through medication and lifestyle adjustments.

✅ Neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis 1 is a progressive neurodegenerative disease in dogs. NCL1 causes a range of neurological issues, including vision impairment, ataxia (loss of coordination), and behavioral changes.
