Introducing Darcie and Maverick!
We are delighted to announce that our short-hair princess has given birth to two stunning kittens. She had a smooth birth and the kittens are strong and healthy. Mum has such a beautiful temperament! She's never drawn claws once. Her eyes dispay her sweet nature. Kittens are being cared for so well and will surely take on mums exceptional temperament. Dad is a sphynx and kittens also have some of his features. Both parents can be seen.

The kittens will be weaned and using litter trays when they leave. They will be weaned on raw meat (80-20-20) as the bulk of their diet additionally raw sprats (small fish) freshly cooked chicken, minced chicken and rabbit, chicken fat and 50-77% chicken grain free kibble. We prefer to introduce a wide variety of foods to maximise nutrition intake and keep health optimum and to not create picky eaters at a young age. On a monthly basis we crush pumpkin seeds and mix into their food to eliminate parasites such as worms (even though all of our cats are indoor cats: due to them being raw fed we like to be vigilant.)
For fleas, ticks and mites we use a repellant made up of pure essential oils and a neem oil balm for their ears which is a safe and natural pesticide and keeps ear mites away. We regularly send samples for parasite testing through Feclab laboratories instead of giving worming medication repeatedly unnecessarily which can disrupt stomach flora and cause digestive issues (especially when administered to them so young). Feclab screens for multiple parasites and sends the result of the stool screening via email. We care deeply about the well-being and health of our animals. We do not use mainstream medications or vaccinate our animals. Our fur babies are organically raised to support their own immune systems and will feed on mum for the entire 10 weeks gaining antibodies which will last for life.
The kittens are raised with love in our family home and are used to dogs and being handled by children from toddler to teen, also used to all household sounds and activites. They will be going home with a bag of the grain free kibble mentioned above, a weeks supply of raw food including sprats and tub of chicken jelly. Also a blanket scented by their mum and whole cat family.

We hope that Darcie and Maverick will be rehomed together as a duo because cat families have such strong familial bonds and do not fight like stranger cats can when newly introduced, even into adulthood however we are willing to re-home separately.
